Full Time Live-in
The Professional Foster Parent sits at the center of our model of care and is responsible for the creation and maintenance of a healthy, positive, long-term living environment. This is a live-in full-time role.
Emergency Foster Parent
Full Time Live-in
The Emergency Foster Parent provides a stable and healing home environment for youth in need, typically short-term for emergency purposes.
Relief Parent
Part Time
The Relief Parent assists the One Family Illinois Foster Parent in providing care and services to the children including transportation of children to recreational activities, homework assistance and therapy, and additional supervision of the children while a Foster Parent is using relief time/time off.

Clinical Supervisor
Full Time
The Clinical Supervisor at One Family Illinois is responsible for supervision, oversight, and direction of the Clinical Therapy team at all One Family Illinois Villages and the In Home Family Services provided through our CASA Tepeyac site, in a manner that effectively utilizes these resources and meets all contractual requirements, as well as the needs of program clients.
Safe Haven Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth, 24/7 operation of the agency’s Safe Haven Emergency Foster Care Program. This position is the primary point of contact for all intake calls from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), manages home readiness, monitors placement data, supports foster families, and ensures coordination among internal and external stakeholders. The Program Supervisor ensures children are safely and efficiently placed into care, with a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to service delivery.

The Family Support Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and guidance of In Home Family Services Program (IHFS), and program staff, at a One Family Illinois’ Casa Tepeyac.
Housing Program Supervisor
Full Time
The Housing Program Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and guidance of the Norman Housing Program and Youth Housing Program, and program staff, at One Family Illinois’ Casa Tepeyac.
Clinical Therapist
Full Time
The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing professional clinical services including assessments, interventions, consultations, crisis intervention and psycho-social-educational therapeutic services to children, youth, families and caregivers served by One Family Illinois.
Child Welfare Specialist
Full Time
The Child Welfare Specialist provides services to One Family Illinois (“OFI”) children and their families in order to achieve the particular case goal as outlined and explained in the client service plan.
Family Support Specialist
Full Time
The Family Support Specialist provides in-home intervention to children and their families utilizing a cognitive-behavioral, solution focused model to help families adopt positive solutions to problems through the teaching of skills and behavioral techniques accessing community resources and support. Intervention is provided to improve youth and family social, emotional, and behavioral well-being by using an accessible services delivery system that is flexible, culturally competent and responsive to the family. Family intervention is done primarily in the home, school, and community setting as needed.
Domestic Violence Advocate

The Domestic Violence Advocate provides comprehensive, trauma-informed support to families impacted by domestic violence, including assessment, safety planning, advocacy, and coordination of care.
Administrative
Accountant
Full Time
The Accountant is responsible for safeguarding One Family Illinois’s (OFI) assets through assuring best practice compliance regarding all aspects of resource outlay and usage by the organization. This includes use and preservation of cash and physical assets, as well as contract performance by OFI staff and vendors.
Recruitment Assistant
Part Time
The Recruitment Assistant sources the talent needed for the organization to grow and continue to thrive, with a primary focus on recruiting potential qualified Foster Parents.

Volunteer
Volunteers can join as tutors or in variety of areas such as community programming, gardening, workforce development or events at one or all of the One Family Illinois sites.

Employment Benefits
PPO or HMO plans for healthcare are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield, which you may qualify for after 90 days of full-time employment.
Vision Care and Dental Care are offered through Guardian.
Paid Time Off, including Vacation Time, Sick Time, and Personal Time. Vacation Time is accrued depending on the length of service — the longer you are with One Family Illinois, the more vacation time you earn!
One Family Illinois also offers Life Insurance covered by employer (with optional add-on’s for employees). A&D, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability, and more.
Ability to contribute to a 403B Retirement Savings Plan (similar to a 401K but for nonprofits), which you can contribute to yourselves out of your paychecks immediately if you choose to do so and after 12 months, the company will contribute 4% on your behalf.
The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer. More information can be found here. One Family Illinois qualifies as a registered 501(c)3.
Partial tuition remission is available for employees after 18 months of service, with relevant coursework prioritized to better equip our community to serve others through their departments.
